Returns
Due to the personal nature of beauty products, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:

Refunds

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was on our end.
Exchanges

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Honey Aura is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
